Mortgage Lender Force YOU into Bankruptcy to Stop Foreclosure? Get the Mortgage Eliminated!

I have to constantly say this; I repeat I am not providing legal advice!

Are you a homeowner who was forced into bankruptcy such as a chapter 13 repayment plan in order to keep your home? Most homeowners are filing bankruptcy just to stop foreclosure and keep their homes. However, the plans never usually work because the lender has put the homeowner in such a really bad situation.

If you are already in a bad situation you can never borrower your way out of debt. Some people still try their best to make their plans work and are defeated in the end. Now, here is one of the best tips you can get for those in a bankruptcy chapter 13 in hopes of preventing foreclosure and keeping homes.

I have said time and time again the mortgage industry was greedy. When you get too greedy you become very sloppy and quick to overlook important stuff. This is what happened to the mortgage industry and now their greed has caught up with them. Most of the bad loan people can’t find their ownership documents. That’s right they have no mortgage proof of assignments, notes; all that good stuff to show they actually own your property!!! Missing Assignments Voids Mortgage!

If the mortgage lender can’t find your mortgage assignment then they have NO rights to make a claim against you. That implies that if you file a bankruptcy the creditor must establish that they can collect debt from you!!!!!!!

In my handy little guide that shows how to fight back against foreclosure. I disclose information for tips to eliminate your mortgage! Learn more, click here

Thank you for all the tips. It is such a great article. Had fun reading it. Even though people don't realize lenders do not want people's property. They have options to help borrowers through difficult financial times. Of course the further behind you become, the harder it will be to reinstate your loan and the more likely that you will lose your house. If you want to learn more on how you can avoid foreclosure prevention you can visit www.prevent-foreclosures.net. Not only they offer help but also great tips on how you can avoid same.
